Minor sorting enhancement

When sorting accounts on quota, the accounts that have no quota left, are not sorted.
Accounts without quota can appear in this order: 4 days, 3 hours, 2 days.

I would like to propose:

• keep the main sorting the same (from highest quota to lowest quota)
• add a secondary sort key for accounts without quota (from shortest reset time to largest)

With same example the accounts with quota would be sorted:
3 hours, 2 days, 4 days

There is a nice-to-have variant to the request:
if you have accounts with 100% quota for , it could be that accounts with less quota for a second quota-type, are displayed before an account with 100%
For instance:

Current situation:
sort key: Claude
(Gemini Pro: 100%; Claude 100%), (Gemini Pro: 50%; Claude 100%), (Gemini Pro: 100%; Claude 100%)

Preferred would be:
(Gemini Pro: 100%; Claude 100%), (Gemini Pro: 100%; Claude 100%), (Gemini Pro: 100%; Claude 50%)

However, I do realise that from a UI perspective this may be harder to do (e.g. how to modify the dropdown menu)
But since you are going to look at this part of the code anyway, I just wanted to mention it :-)

And just 1 small additional comment: perhaps keep the active account at position #1. While using the account, it may go offscreen because quota is being used 😎

Updated the test build. The changes are substantial, so I still need more testing. I’ll include them in the next release once tests are done. Thanks for the feedback—please keep any related questions in this issue.
