Geostudio can get a safety factor after calculation, I didn't find it in this linked document “https://pygeostudio.readthedocs.io/en/stable/#”, so can I use PyGeoStudio to query it the safety factor I plotted in geostudio before?

Are you talking about SLOPE solution ? Note I focused on SEEP, this is why it was not implemented. If you can send me an example study I can have a look.
