Background guides will be stored in the repo and served as a PDF to the user. Background guides links should appear below their respective committee/cabinet as they appear per #73

UC

• As a Advisor/Delegate, I want to see descriptions and topic overviews for each committee in order to have some basic preliminary knowledge of each committee before doing more.

AC

• Given that I am viewing the section for a specific committee or cabinet, I should see a link to that committee's or cabinet's background guide at the end of its section.
• Given that I click on the background guide link, I should be served the background guide as a PDF.

@FB-Reda I have a ClickUp task for you and your directors to decide on what pre-conference materials are needed. We can update ClickUp once that decision is made.

Or are you asking if we can add this language to a ClickUp task?
