Processing
Processing within the scope of the GDPR includes any operation carried out in connection with personal data, regardless of the processing subject or the type of processing (automated/non-automated). Thus, arithmetic or logical operations are also included in the concept of processing. Processing within the meaning of the GDPR includes collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
Processing or one of its sub-forms is considered lawful if the legal basis is complied with. In addition, the processing of personal data is subject to the mandatory principles of data processing.
