Natural Person

A natural person is a living individual who is to be distinguished from a legal entity. Within the context of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a natural person is always understood in their identifiable or identified form. This individual is also referred to as the data subject. The personal data relating to the identifiable or identified natural person fall under the scope of the GDPR and may only be used in accordance with its provisions.
