Download Kiosk Pro Lite (free) from the App Store

Show Settings In-App = Never
Home Page = your screen URL, http://dev.mobilitylab.org/TransitScreen/screen/index/XXXXXX
Show Top iPad Information Bar = Off
Show Address Bar = Off
Show Bottom Navigation Bar = Off

Click Run Kiosk Presentation

(in the future you can change these settings through the Settings Menu / Kiosk Pro Lite)
