Community page "active projects" is outdated

The Community page contains a section "Active projects" which still contains the link to the GTFS Governance, which is now merged and not an "active project" anymore.

Personally, I think hardcoding active projects is prone to errors because it means we need to maintain it manually. I'd encourage linking to the GitHub Pull Requests instead.
