[DOP-31844] Use created_at as Run reference

Before - Run reference is id field (text):

After - Run reference is created_at field (link):

This reduces confusion when showing runs list - users often click on link which leads to Job, not to Run. So now they can click on Run creating time, and go to its page.

Ideally this should be job type + job name + timestamp, but now it's hard to achieve.
