App stuck on trying to scan a QR-Code when user is on a call

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make a phone call
2. Scan a QR-Code in Mixin Messenger

The “on a call” condition makes me wonder whether the camera capture session is being interrupted by AVAudioSession/CallKit state and not resumed. It would help to log camera authorization state, AVCaptureSessionWasInterrupted reason, and whether scanning resumes after the call ends. A UI timeout with a retry/reopen-camera action would also be better than leaving the scanner stuck indefinitely.
