[al-home] (BE+FE) Add new project for Al(ekseew)-(Smart-)Home

Add new Fullstack (BE+FE) project al-home => Al(ekseew)-(Smart-)Home with Nrwl/NX cli for the Backend with Nest.js and a shared Interface Library (Request, Response, common Interfaces, ...) and maybe a share Utils Library. Also, add Frontend with NativeScript with the help of xplat (https://nstudio.io/xplat) to the NX/Angular workspace.
