Just two comments:

• I think, the rustls-tls feature does not need to be enabled explicitely (ureq uses it by default, and without specifying it, library users can re-add features such as native-tls themselves)
• Your Cargo.lock could use an update as there are stille some former dependencies in it, but not sure how important that is ;)
