Delete your old files so there's only one screenshot file, one mts file and one conf file

I don't seem to have the permissions to do that. (actually, I can delete the .conf, but not the .mts or .png)

Oh weird- make sure you're editing your own branch, not JMA's

Well, as well as deleting those, you also need to add all your other files (new mts, conf & screenshot) to a folder.
If you're using GitHub browser, the easiest way to do this is to delete everything from github, and add them to a folder on your desktop, name that folder correctly, then upload it to github

I believe I'm editing my own branch, I am going to the "Files changed" tab. I will add them anew in a folder, but what should I do with the files I cannot remove?

You have to remove them. Go to your forked repo, located the files, find the three dots menu, and click delete or remove or something
