- Add Thermal Expansion interaction
- Pull in TiCon and Mantle for direct access
- update/fix/repair IC2 interactions
- ditto for Mekanism
- Port over corrected and functional code from EndMetals for TiCon interaction
- Remove un-needed debug logging from the CommonProxy code
