Please make MCPConfig apply MCP mappings automatically after decompiling.

Take 1.13.1 for instance.
Use command .\gradlew :1.13.1:fernflowerClient and wait.
Go to .\build\versions\1.13.1\, you can find 1.13.1.client.decomp.jar.
It is decompiled and mapped.

Hes wanting them in mcp names not srg names. And no. thatd not what this tool is for, so i'm not gunna implement that. I'm also not gunna implement the reobf/packaging so people can make coremods. This tool is designed for an erra where MC is meant to be used as a library. Jar mods are bad and shouldn't be done anymore.
