API Signoff for Automation module

Description

1. Drafting a whiteboard diagram (excalidraw) to visualize components and their API.
2. Conducting a walkthrough or presentation to collect early feedback from relevant stakeholders.
3. Creating an initial pull request with placeholder classes or interfaces (with NotImplementedError) to document and scaffold the expected API shape in Mindtrace

Acceptance Criteria

• Whiteboard/design document created outlining API structure and key flows
• Presentation/demo session conducted with team to walk through the design
• Feedback from the team captured and incorporated (if applicable)
• Initial PR raised with stubs for key API components (e.g. service classes, handlers, routes)
• Stubbed components include TODOs or NotImplementedError to signal implementation pending signoff
