Added support for signed repository by propagating --sign argument which automatically fetches key id which is already installed on bk agent. Thanks to that we can freely moving artifacts between signed and unsigned repository. If target repo is not signed (and this can be defined by presence of lack of key definition in DebianRepo.dhall), then it will stay that way.
