Improvements to Vector search follow-along instructions

• Updated the Cosmos DB Endpoint example value to follow connection string format as shown on Azure portal.
  This is to prevent the user from missing to specify the protocol and the user/pwd placeholders as it's required for the parsing logic.
• Added the missing pip install commands for libraries referenced within the code.
