Cleaned up the example with consistent indentation, clearer variable
names, and helpful comments. No functional changes — just better clarity
for developers learning Win32 mouse input handling.

Updated the WndProc function to improve left button down handling with clearer cursor coordinate extraction and added a placeholder for handling logic.
