The Network tool highlights cookies that have issues, and shows an information icon next to cookies that are affected, where third-party cookies are not available.

Yes, true. The Network tool does show information icons next to cookies that were blocked. See:

on my machine, can't get Network tool to show info icons.

  • Tried Stable & Canary.
  • Tried turn Block Cookies toggle on/off.
  • Tried Refresh the page, wait, then blick bing under Names.
  • Tried widening columns.
  • Tried Disable cache selected or cleared.
  • Tried turning on/off optional page content in Bing page UI.
