Added documentation for new agent capability AllowWorkDirectoryRepositories. thanks so much and sorry for the late reply but I was on vacation :D
Sadly I don't seem to have access to the private repository. all I get is the GitHub 404 error page :/

@steved0x yeah me too ^^ Looks like they still need a while and since the boys maintaining the agent are from Russia it might even take a while longer, who knows what the future brings there now or if Microsoft will close offices...

I'm closing this, I see that we added a new AllowWorkDirectoryRepositories agent knob in microsoft/azure-pipelines-agent#4423, I will create a note in the docs for this.
