Is there any way to enable UI virtualization on the DataGrid rows? This is able to be done in WPF with DataGrid.EnableRowVirtualization but I am not able to find any options for this in the UWP Toolkit DataGrid.
If this is not easily supported, is there plans to enable this? Is there a recommended way to work around it?
As discussed in the discussion item above, the documentation needs to be fixed (added) for this.
