Context
What if we had a ‘Community Stars’ page on the website which is like a grid of the pfps of each of the people who have done great stuff in the community and should be commended for it (we could potentially go off those with the Technical Queries Slayer and Office Ninja roles)?
You would select any of these people and it would overlay a short description of how they gained the commendation (e.g. ‘Incredibly talented member of the community who is always helping others, with patience and great communication’).
Potentially there could be an aspect where people are nominated to be a ‘community star’, too - mods could review the nominations and add them if they deem them worthy.
This came to mind from the recent comment about Scharko in #server-feedback; I was trying to think about how we as the server can acknowledge people and this might work.
