Hi Nick,

First thing: I love uPad! This is great work and a great tool as well.

Couple of issues:

1. I find that occasionally the save does not commit (i.e. next time I open upad the last note I created is not there).
2. Because of 1, I usually export all to an NPX zip file when done. However, the export as NPX action no longer works (no window pops up to select save location) - this is a recent phenomenon.

I would be happy to help debug - however I don't even know where uPad stores its files (I'm using Ubuntu 18.04 and installed the deb file from https://github.com/MicroPad/Electron/releases/download/v3.12.2/micropad_3.12.2_amd64.deb. If there is a way to output log files I would be happy to review and identify what is happening.

Lastly, I think it would be very useful if it would be possible to add a mermaid parser to uPad (https://mermaidjs.github.io/).
