Demo of the Voxel Space Engine. This project is a Flutter recreation of the Voxel Space Engine based on Sebastian Macke and Leanardo Ono's implementation of the same. A 2.5D Rendering Engine in under 80 lines of code! This was a huge deal back in 90s, the algorithm was developed for the game Comanche(1987), people used to spend thousands of hours flying around in their aircrafts.
The software part of the repository is under the MIT license. Please read the license file for more information. Please keep in mind, that the Voxel Space technology might be still patented in some countries. The color and height maps are reverse engineered from the game Comanche and are therefore excluded from the license.
