Overview

stdbscan provides a function for the ST-DBSCAN (Spatio-Temporal DBSCAN) algorithm developped by Birant & Kut (2007). It extends DBSCAN by adding a temporal parameter that allows spatio-temporal clustering.

The function is implemented in C++ via Rcpp for performance.

Installation

You can install the released version of stdbscan from CRAN with:

install.packages("stdbscan")

And the development version from GitHub with:

# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("MiboraMinima/stdbscan")

Usage

An example of the application of stdbscan is available in the vignette on stop identification.

Problems and Issues

System Requirements
