Rough Leaderboards

Fabric mod that adds an in-game leaderboard that tracks the number of blocks broken and various entities killed by players. Gives rewards or buffs to those at the top of the leaderboards or those who reach certain achievements.

🔌 Installation

1. Navigate to your desired directory and run the following to create a remote (local) copy to your device.

   git clone https://github.com/Miagao-Valley/Rough-Leaderboards
   

2. Install JDK 17 on your PC. Select the appropriate version for your device. You may download from the site below.

   • JDK 17 Download

3. Instal IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition

   • Download
   • Make sure to scroll down for the community edition.
   • IntelliJ is the most commonly used and tailored for Minecraft Mod Development and has tools that make developing much more convenient compared to other editors.

4. Open up the repository in IntelliJ and Set-up the workspace as shown in this video timestamp.

1. Learn Fabric API. Here is a playlist that may help you get started.
2. When ready create and checkout to a branch and experiment with some changes.
