Issue downloading njuvisual__doc.tar.lzma (Google and my company both report this file as having a virus)

• I have read the MiKTeX Contributing Guidelines

njuvisual__doc.tar.lzma

the repository downloader has downloaded most of the files for me but gets stuck on this one with a 403.
when I tried to bring it down in the browser my org flagged it as a virus.
I thought it may be an over agressive virus scanner, so i tried bringing it over on Google Drive. Google flagged it as having a virus too.

anything i can do to skip this or could someone check it out?
