prettytok package files in wrong location

The file `prettytok.lua` which is required for the [`prettytok`](https://www.ctan.org/pkg/prettytok) package is placed in `.../source/prettyok` where tex cannot find it. Similarly for `prettytok-decode-8bit.py`.
