duplicate files in bmstu package

The [`bmstu`](https://www.ctan.org/pkg/bmstu) package contains all of its .sty files twice, once in `.../tex/latex/bmstu` and once in `.../source/bmstu/sty`. I imagine this kind of duplication in the source folder is not intended.
