I've successfully updated the discrete question bounds display to match the requested behavior:

Changes made:

1. Updated inequality symbols (front_end/src/utils/formatters/prediction.ts)

   • Changed < to ≤ and > to ≥ in the checkQuartilesOutOfBorders function
   • This affects all displayed resolution values and graph labels

2. Adjusted bound calculations (front_end/src/utils/charts/axis.ts)

   • Changed open bounds to use full bucket step instead of half bucket step
   • Lower bound now uses lower_bound - step (was lower_bound - step/2)
   • Upper bound now uses upper_bound + step (was upper_bound + step/2)
   • This applies to both PDF and CDF graph x-axis labels

Testing:

• All existing tests pass ✓
• The changes affect discrete questions with open bounds
