NFT Ownership Check

Description

Periodically check the ownership of the Collectibles the user has in their wallet.

Technical Details

1. Discuss the behavior of the result of this check in case the collectible is no longer owned
2. Add check to verify the ownership of the NFTs using the blockchain as source of truth (controllers layer).
3. Implement polling / Pull to refresh ownership check in the app
4. Implement the behavior decided in (1)
5. Add unit and integration testing to the new development and/or update existing tests.

Acceptance Criteria

• NFTs are periodically checked to determine the ownership
• Indicate to users about NFTs that are no part of their ownership

Could the behavior be as straightforward as removing the NFTs user doesn't own anymore (sold/sent/lost etc.)?

Was there a UX concern here I am not thinking of? @kevinghim @wachunei @gantunesr

A possible problem with just removing it is that it could cause a negative reaction for the user to open the wallet and see that the NFT just disappeared (regardless of the reason). One option worth exploring is to just mark those NFTs as "not owned" by the current address.
