[Bug]: Should prevent from adding new SRP if the password is changed from other devices

Describe the bug

When the password is changed in another device, on mobile, user import new SRP, can see the prompt display, but
click on CTA button and the the prompt is disappear and it does not force user to Welcome back screen
and the new SRP is added successfully

Expected behavior

• Should keep the prompt to click on Continue button, it should be back to Welcome Back screen
• Should not allow to add new SRP account successfully

Steps to reproduce

1. Login with social account in 2 devices
2. Change password in another device
3. In current one, import new SRP
4. Click CTA button on prompt
5. Prompt is disappear
6. New SRP account is added
