Describe the bug

Quickly switch accounts in the swaps screen and it will crash

Expected behavior

Should be able to switch accounts quickly without crashing

Steps to reproduce

1. Goto swaps screen
2. Quickly switch accounts while in that screen
3. Eventually the app will crash and goto the lock screen
