In this similar error - https://metamask.sentry.io/issues/5640497841/?project=2299799&referrer=similar-issues-tab-issue-stream, it appears that we're not verifying that the keyring state change data satisfies the condition that is needed for successfully backing up the vault. That being said, I imagine that it could be possible that we're seeing false positives and that the backup call may need to be called in a more robust way.
