fix: Duplicate key in Settings and Privacy (#11664)

ERROR  Warning: Encountered two children with the same key, `0x89`. Keys should be unique so that components maintain their identity across updates. Non-unique keys may cause children to be duplicated and/or omitted — the behavior is unsupported and could change in a future version.

## **Manual testing steps**

1. Add Polygon, and add a custom RPC Polygon
2. Go to Network Settings
3. Should not see duplicate key error in logs
