[Bug]: PPOM - Storage is not cleaned up when disabling the Blockaid feature

Describe the bug

Problem: whenever we disable Blockaid from settings, I see that the storage is not cleaned up and all the files which were already downloaded for each network remain there.

Expected behavior

We should clean up the storage when the feature is disabled

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the background console in the Application tab
2. Select Mainnet, Linea, Optimism (any supported Blockaid network)
3. Refresh the storage
4. See how the data for each network are save in storage
5. Now disable Blockaid from settings
6. Refresh the storage
7. See how the data is still there
