Statement Preview is not updated when a phentoype is deleted from the interface

In staging, I tested the process of deleting a species, since we have "norway rat" "rat" and "rattus norvengius " in the interface, but we want to use rat only.

In the admin interface of staging, i deleted both "norway rat," and "rattus norvengius". It was deleted, but the statement that previously listed them have updated phenotypes, but the statement preview is not.

Desired action: when species is deleted, remove that value from the Autogenerated statement Preview as well.

this is becoming an issue now that we're happy with the data integrity for the other aspects of Composer. @ddelpiano could i get an estimate for this please? I've removed these species from production, and this issue is apparent there. FYI @afonsobspinto
