Model level aggregations failing to parbake

Describe the bug

The parbake_aggregation_recipes task fails when model level spatial difference aggregation plots are enabled.

How to reproduce

Run the cset workflow with at least one type of aggregation spatial difference plot enabled for a model level diagnostic.

Expected behaviour

The parbake task should complete and create recipes ready for creating plots.

I believe this is happening because the conf.SPATIAL_DIFFERENCE_MLEVEL_FIELD_AGGREGATION section in CSET/loaders/spatial_difference_field.py is looking for recipe files called mlevel_spatial_difference_case_aggregation_mean_{atype}.yaml which don't exist.

I'm assuming that with all the renaming/moving of recipe files the loader should now be looking for level_spatial_difference_case_aggregation_mean_{atype}.yaml as this takes a LEVELTYPE argument
