project_info() should also support querying project by ID

project_info() queries project by "/" (called project_path), we should also make it possible to pass project ID instead of the full project name to get project info. I would suggest to rename the first argument to project_path_or_id and depending on whether the input is a valid UUID (using this syntax: ef6460df-0efe-4f86-8eb8-4bc2faa6b13a - lowercase, with dashes, no braces) it would do the query by name or by ID. The endpoint for querying by ID is this one (exists long enough to expect that all servers support it):
