Exceptions from make_copy_sqlite not handled

It may happen that make_copy_sqlite raises an exception, but currently we do not handle that in multiple places, and that may break the sync...

We should catch unexpected errors e.g. in pull finalize and add them to the diagnostic log, and raise ClientError

For example in case of MerginMaps/qgis-plugin#327 we only get this in log:

But no info about the actual unhandled exception, no info about the fact the pull was aborted...
