feat: add per-page feedback widget with Plausible analytics#10322

Add "Was this page helpful?" Yes/No widget at the bottom of doc pages. Tracks responses via Plausible custom events and uses localStorage to prevent duplicate submissions. Includes dark mode support and accessible button controls.
