Updates: Slightly corrected the Hann window used during the conversion process. Also added all files necessary to create the Hann window data used in the linking process.

Download and extract. To use, double click and run executable and then select wave (.wav) audio file for conversion. Wave file must be have only one channel (mono) and have a sampling rate of 48kHz. FFMPEG can be used to create compatible wave audio file from videos and sound files using the command ffmpeg.exe -i inputFile -vn -ac 1 output.wav.
