Android TV app

This PR adds an Android TV app for MediaInfo.
Resolves #1206

• Written fully in Jetpack Compose with no views XML.
• Real-time previews for every interface in Android Studio editor.
• Integrated with Detekt static analysis including in CI.
• Separate app with ID net.mediaarea.mediainfo.tv.
• All strings in XML resource for future translation implementation.
• MediaInfoLib moved to separate module so that it is only built once for both apps.
• Both apps can be built with a single command as before.
• tvapp-armeabi-v7a-release.apk tested on Sony Bravia Google TV with Android 12.
