can't find the .pt file in dataset.? #46
Description
In parameters.py file there are two datasets pointed out
weights/bc5cdr_wt.pt
and
weights/bionlp13cg_wt.pt in
but I can't find the .pt file after downloading the BC5CDR data and the other link for BioNLP13CG not working. So my question is can I use te .tsv file instead of .pt because I downloaded the NER dataset from some other resources where I have found the BC5CDR data but with test.tsv, train.tsv, train-dev.tsv devel.tsv files..?? So what to do now, where can I find these .pt files? Or rather should I use .tsv files..?? Sorry for this question bcz I am new to this. If you could answer this that would be really appreciated. Thank you
