mermaid: fix Gantt chart width #365

Hi again!
It looks like Gantt charts are limited to 300px wide. This leads to cropping (the title) and lots of overlapping elements (e.g. the dates at the bottom). This is an issue on both our site and indeed the Relearn theme documentation:
