Queue server times out any other players aside from the first one that joins the queue

Alright, so it looks like you're listing two limbo servers, one called queue and one called limbo. The first thing you should do is remove the one named limbo from the settings.limboServers array. After that remove the maxPlayersOverride line as that's not formatted correctly, though it shouldn't cause any issues. Finally, disable the intra-server queue as you don't need to enable the intra-server queue for the server you first drop players into.

I've tried using that setup, however, it's reproducing ths same error as last time. Another bit of information that I forgot to mention was that I haven't set up minimessage on the servers, does that affect this at all?

Hmm, I can't seem to reproduce this error. Just tried using your configs myself and it works fine. The mini messages shouldn't affect anything. I would check to see if your backend server has a connection limit or the proxy has a limit on the number of sockets it can open, as really this plugin shouldn't be able to cause timeouts.
