RegUtils incompatible with Arch in NeoForge 1.21.1

Is there a known conflict between regutils and architectury? This may not be related but the first error in this giant log seems like it could be https://gist.github.com/ryankshah/967ae3c61edcf1746e18d78ac2bdfc85 - seems to only happen on NeoForge 1.21.1

Installed are the following deps in my build.gradle:
