Can't backup with backup button on v1.4.2

Whenever I press the backup button, the backup is never made:

Backing up only works when I make a desktop shortcut and clicking it.

From the logs the problem is very clear, you have selected for undertale an empty savepath, and therefore without saves in it, check that it is correct and that there are actually game saves in it because if you notice from the logs "Total source size: 0.00 MB" it clearly says the problem, it is not a bug of the new version, when you selected the savepath you selected one where the folder is completely empty, and therefore consequently there are no saves in that folder, but the program does not have any block that prevents you from backing up empty folders, for various reasons also related to its development, thanks for the post in the next version I already know how to solve this problem.

The Undertale folder isn't empty, I double checked the file path and contains 4 files with various sizes in kilobytes. But I found the problem, the backups are occuring in the default path in D:\GameSaveBackups even though I set the backup base path as C:\Users\seankim2398\Documents\Game Save Backup. I also tried C:\Users\seankim2398\Documents\GameSavePath but that also didn't work. I guess the only solution is to use the path: D:\GameSaveBackups.

ok we will investigate better on those folders specifically, but it seems really strange to me, there is no need to necessarily put the default folder as an example you can use any disk but I highly advise against using user folders such as documents etc, the best thing would be to use: C,D,E,F...:\your backup folder"

you were right, the problem is there, in a few hours the corrective version 1.4.2b will be released
