add a gui to change the profiles

Right now profiles can only be changed by editing ~/.local/share/SaveState/game_save_profiles.json
There should be a gui for it.

are you talking about the profile name? or even the save path? in any case in future versions I already had in mind to add this feature, thanks for reminding me.
