Improve the Contributors List on Readme

The initial version of this was setup with https://contrib.rocks (see issue #75 and PR #76).

This lets us have a basic list of Github contributors, but we also want to list maintainers, community content creators, issue/enhancement contributors, and more.

For the full version of the contribution list, consider some combination of the following:
